About Us
Our Culinary Journey

I come from Kolhapur, a city known as the heartland of authentic Maharashtrian cuisine. Growing up, I was always drawn to the flavors and aromas of our traditional kitchen. Thanks to the incredible women in my life, my mother, grandmother, and mother-in-law, I learned the art of preparing rare and time-honored Maharashtrian dishes, each one steeped in culture and love.
Over the years, cooking became more than just a passion, it became a way to stay connected to my roots. With constant encouragement and support from my friends and colleagues here in Perth, I am proud to bring this culinary journey to life through Krushna’s Kitchen, right here in Canning Vale. At Krushna’s Kitchen, every meal is more than just food, it is a story of tradition, a taste of home, and a heartfelt attempt to share the richness of Maharashtrian culture with the wider community. From daily thalis to festive specials, my goal is to recreate the same warmth and authenticity that once filled our family kitchens in Kolhapur, and to serve it with love to every guest who walks through our doors.
